Wow! Nothing but 5 star service at Carmine & co. I arrived with brassy, orange unkept and tired hair, feeling old and... dated! I left feeling nothing but a million dollars after a precision cut and amazing glossy colour. Could not be happier! Beautiful staff and salon. Top notch Bayside stylist. 100% recommend and I cannot wait for my next appointment in 8 weeks!read more

I couldn’t be happier with the service i received at Carmine located in Bayside. Not only did their stylist explain... what she was planning to achieve with my hair, but she was honest, thorough and most importantly, she actually cared! My hair was a complete mess before. Think of damaged, streaky hair that has not received the love it deserves. Thanks to Carmine and his fabulous team my hair is in its best condition ever. Style, knowledge and professionalism. I recently went to Carmine & Co for the first time and the service from my... initial phone booking, extending right through to the completion of my appointment was consistently top class. I have been to many salons in my time, and Carmine & Co have perfected the balance of offering polished and quality service while honouring genuine care for their clients. I have curly hair and am particular about how it is cut, Jordan took the time to listen to me and quickly illustrated through playing back that she understood my request and offered considerate suggestions, illustrating her experience. Jordan has such a professional yet relaxed style, which immediately made me feel relaxed and treated me to the best head-massage of my life (sounds dramatic I know). The staff are warm and friendly every time you enter the... salon, whether it be for your appointment, to book an appointment or to buy haircare products.The salon is modern and clean and very comfortable, and the staff are always very attentive and professional.The staff always deliver exactly what I ask for, whether it be a colour, cut or style, and are also very knowledgeable when it comes to suggestions if you go for an appointment without much idea of what you want!!I will continue going to, and recommending, Carmine&Co.read more

Carmine has been my hair stylist for years and years…yes I have strayed a couple of times due to changing addresses... etc…but I ALWAYS come back with my tail between my legs. No one cuts and styles my hair like Carmine..he knows exactly what suits. I love to change my style and he is brilliant this way. I can’t recommend him and his wonderful team highly enough. My mum is also a convert!! So Do it!! You will never look back!!!read more

The skill of a good hairdresser is invaluable. I generally cannot afford the things I used to buy But!!!!!!!!!!!... Carmine is so good at his work. I call him the sculptor. Recently had my colour done by Sharna & then precision cut by Carmine with beautiful blow wave. Have been receiving compliments ever since which is great for one’s ego. Also enjoying using O&M product Desert Dry which gives my fine hair terrific body, lift & hold. It doesn’t need washing as often either.

I have been coming to Carmine and Co for some time now. Absolutely love the whole experience. I have a colour and cut and am always extremely happy. Jordan is fantastic, would highly recommend her, but given the high standards of the salon I’m sure everyone always leaves their guests happy. Ps the coffee is a welcome bonus!
